Clarisse Rochette Monnoury defended a man who was a victim of revenge porn<\/em> (non-consensual dissemination of sexually explicit photos).<\/h2>\n

This man’s complaint had been dismissed, despite the accused party’s admission of guilt, because the public prosecutor had deemed the prosecution of this woman to be “inappropriate,” regardless of the harm caused to the victim.<\/h3>\n

Clarisse Rochette Monnoury therefore initiated a procedural path rarely chosen due to its technical nature, the direct summons, in order to compel the appearance of the accused party before the court.<\/h3>\n

She was sentenced to pay a fine and to pay damages to the victim, as well as a substantial sum covering the costs incurred for her defense.<\/h3>\n\n <\/div>\n \n \n\n\n
