Clarisse Rochette Monnoury defended a young man prosecuted for drug trafficking offenses.<\/h2>\n

During the search of the family home, a sum of over 5,000 euros in cash was discovered at the residence and seized, despite belonging to the mother of the accused.<\/h3>\n

A motion for restitution of seized property by a third-party claimant was filed, unsuccessfully, before the criminal court.<\/h3>\n

On appeal, Clarisse Rochette Monnoury legally and factually demonstrated that the rejection of the request for restitution of the seized property was unfounded and convinced the court to return the entire sum of money to its owner.<\/h3>\n\n <\/div>\n \n \n\n\n
