Clarisse Rochette Monnoury and Paul Feutz founded Oreste to meet the dual objectives of accessibility and expertise in criminal defense. After several years of practice at the Paris Bar, they now offer their expertise to a diverse clientele in Strasbourg, Mulhouse, and more broadly across the East of France.

Clarisse Rochette Monnoury and Paul Feutz share the same vision for the criminal defense : independent, demanding, and innovative.
They quickly recognized the need to focus on their specialized field, criminal law in all its dimensions, to provide a defense that is uncompromisingly precise.
After a solid academic background in general criminal law, they deepened their knowledge in business criminal law through a Master 2 in “Financial Criminal Law”, while also gaining practical knowledge of the corporate world by working for a year at the headquarters of major French banks.
They began their legal careers at the Paris Bar, working in leading law firms specializing in general criminal law and business criminal law. They gained practical experience there by intervening at all stages of criminal proceedings (police custody, pre-trial investigation, criminal court, court of appeal, assize court) and acquired a culture of excellence and results.
Clarisse Rochette Monnoury
Beholder of a French-German double degree and a French-English double law degree from the University of Essex (England), she stands out for her international academic background.
She is perfectly fluent in English and German.

Paul Feutz
A native of Mulhouse and particularly attached to his home region, he chose to continue his professional practice there after a decade in Paris where he developed his skills.
Regularly pleading before criminal courts throughout France, Paul Feutz has gained solid courtroom experience, from the criminal court to the assize court.
