Defense of an accused before the Eure Assize Court

Paul FEUTZ defended an accused before the Eure Assize Court in Évreux, in a case of violence resulting in permanent disability.

While the public prosecutor had requested a 7-year prison sentence, the firm secured a significantly lower sentence, reduced to five years, including three years suspended. The client was thus released after the hearing, with the remainder of the custodial sentence eligible for conversion to electronic monitoring.
